The primary goal of careers within the Human Services Career Cluster is to improve the overall quality of life and well-being of individuals, families, and communities by addressing their needs and providing support through resources like counseling, advocacy, rehabilitation services, and resource connection. Careers in this field target prevention as well as remediation of problems.
