Virtual Energy Express off to a Great Start

Our Virtual Energy Express is off to a great start. The program started on June 11 with training and preparations for the program. The program with children started June 22, where mentors prepared kits to deliver to parents - each kit was filled with activities and books for them to work on at home.

Mentors are also serving at school feeding sites. Overall, there is a great energy and enthusiasm by our Energy Express mentors and site supervisors to bring creative reading programs and art activities into the homes of youth enrolled in this summer program!

Here are a few highlights from the week! Please contact our office at 304-272-6839 if you would like to know more about the Wayne county 4-H Program.

Saluting our 2020 Graduating Seniors

Our office is taking a moment to remember our graduating seniors. This is especially important in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and that our seniors did not get to experience their final year in high school the way they would have liked to. Please help us congratulate these seniors. For more information on the Wayne County 4-H program, please contact our office at 304-272-6839.

Information about each senior is found underneath their photo.
