Wayne County had over 60 county entries in this year's State 4-H Poster Contest. Thirteen entries went on to the state contest and the results are in. Our 4-H Camp reunion was held on July 28 at 1 p.m. Nearly 20 youth joined us for educational and fun activities. Mark your calendars as we hold one more 4-H Camp reunion on August 24 at 1 p.m. More details will be forthcoming. If you have questions, please call our office at 304-272-6839.
This month we are recognizing our 4-H Project exhibits, since these will not be on display at Camden Park as part of the Wayne County Fair. We had 325 projects completed with over 100 blue ribbon winners. Congratulations to all our 4-H members on a job well done!
Congratulations to our 4-H Livestock Exhibitors who showed their market rabbits in the Extension office parking on Tuesday, August 4 at 5 p.m. We are so proud of their hard work and dedication under these conditions.
