Last month, two Wayne County 4-H members were recognized at Alpha II, a State 4-H Camp, held at WVU Jackson's Mill in Weston, WV. Zoe Harold was selected to serve as Chief of the Delaware Tribe and her younger sister Zara received the Head H Award at the conclusion of camp. We are very proud of their accomplishments.
