Highlights from the International Cooking class held February 3, 2020 at the Wayne County Extension Office. Youth “traveled” to Greenland, the world’s largest island. 4-H members got to make pan fried white fish with roasted vegetables and Kalaallit Kaagiat, a delicious sweet bread.
