On September 21, 2019, two 4-H volunteers were recognized at the annual WV 4-H Volunteer Leaders Weekend at WVU Jackson's Mill in Weston, W.Va.
Phyllis Brumfield (below) was inducted into
the WV 4-H All Stars. Phyllis has been a 4-H Club Leader and active in preparing activities and educational programs at camp for the past five years! She has also served as the Secretary of the 4-H Leaders for several years.
Tammy Barnett (below, left) was recognized as this years Outstanding 4-H All Star
from Wayne County. Tammy has helped with county camps for many years and served as Dean of Women. She is also very active in the community.
