Amanda Parsley of Lavalette, Lisa Bell of East Lynn and Tammy Barnett of Prichard, were all inducted into the West Virginia 4-H All Stars on Saturday, November 3, 2018, at WVU Jackson's Mill. These three 4-H volunteers were recognized for their service over the past five plus years to the Wayne County and West Virginia 4-H program. The West Virginia 4-H All Stars recognizes youth members and adult volunteers for their outstanding service and leadership to the West Virginia 4-H Program.
