Energy Express Enters its Last Week

The Wayne County Energy Express program enters its last week with children. Site teams started June 8. Children started July 2 and met daily at the five sites (Crum, East Lynn, Fort Gay, Ceredo-Kenoa, and Buffalo). Children engaged in reading and hands-on activities (art, drama, writing, etc.) to help reinforce reading skills. Here are a few celebrity readers who visited the sites to read with children, as well as samples of the great artwork completed this summer. To learn more about Energy Express, please contact our office at 304-272-6839.
