It is that time of year for youth from Wayne County to register for camp. This year you will register online to attend one of our three 4-H camps! We hope this will make it easier on you to register your child for 4-H camp this summer.
Things to KnowBefore you register, please take a few minutes to review the following items that will aid you in registering your child for camp this summer.

Classes at Younger Camp: The Younger Camp schedule has been overhauled due to uncertainty with staff numbers. As a result there will be no class selection for Younger Camp. This only applies to Younger Camp.

$5 Discount: The $5 discount still applies if your family has more than one child attending Younger and Older Camps (this does not apply to Day Camp). Please call our office at 304-272-6839 if you have a child registering for Older and Younger Camp and we will help you with the discount. If you have more than one child registering for the same camp (ex. Younger Camp), the online registration system will automatically deduct the $5 discount.

Camp Forms: The new online registration allows you to select if you have read and understand the form in question (code of conduct, media release, etc) and space for you to type in your name as a means of a signature. The only two exceptions are the Health History Form and the Free/ Reduced Lunch form.

Health History Form: everyone will need to download, print and send their child's Health History form to our office. If you are unable to print this, please let us know and we will be happy to mail you a copy.

Free & Reduced Lunch Form: if your child qualifies for free and reduced meals at school, we will need a copy of this completed form as part of your registration. If you are unable to print this, please let us know and we will be happy to mail you a copy.

Payment: all payment options are available through the online registration system. If you choose to pay with cash, check or money order, the payment must be received in our office within one week or your camp registration will be canceled.

18 - 21 year olds: must register by April 27 to give us ample time to complete the necessary paperwork and training prior to the start of camp.

No internet? please call our office at 304-272-6839 to register your child over the phone or stop by our office anytime Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm.

Refunds: full refunds will be offered through Friday June 1 at 4 p.m.

Deadline: the deadline to register is Monday June 4 at 12 p.m. (Noon), or when each camp is full.
