As the entertainment and convention centerpiece of Charleston, the Coliseum & Convention Center hosts the majority of the state’s premier entertainment, sporting and corporate events. The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center is both uniquely suited and ideally situated. It received a LEED® Silver Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council on February 29, 2020 making it the largest public building in WV to be LEED certified.  Learn more about the Green Initiatives.

Parking

Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center parking garages are accessible from both Quarrier and Lee Streets, Maximum Clearance 6'8". Reserve your parking ahead of time for every event your attending through ParkMobile before heading out the door.  Reserve Your Spot Today

Accessible Parking

Mobility impaired parking spaces are available on all levels in the garages. All spots are on a first come, first served basis.


Directions 

From the East

  • From I-64 or I-77 take the Washington Street and Civic Center Drive exit (Exit 58C)
  • Continue straight on Pennsylvania Avenue
  • Turn Left on to Virginia Street
  • Merge to the far left lane immediately
  • Turn Left on to Civic Center Drive
  • Turn Left on Quarrier Street
  • The Center Parking Building entrance is on the immediate right
From the West
  • Take the Virginia Street exit (Exit 58B) on I-64
  • Stay to the right as you exit, this will put you on Virginia Street
  • Merge to the far left lane immediately
  • Turn Left on to Civic Center Drive
  • Turn Left on Quarrier Street
  • The Center Parking Building entrance is on the immediate right

Baby Changing Stations - Baby changing stations can be found in public restrooms located throughout the facility.

Breastfeeding Friendly Facility - The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center provides a welcoming environment for mothers and provides a “Nursing Mothers Room” in the Grand Lobby.

Outside Food & Drink - Outside food or beverages of any kind - including alcoholic beverages - are not allowed to be brought into the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center.
