Additional Venue Information
For those staying overnight at the NCTC:
The National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) is a unique federal facility that provides lodging on-site. The rooms all have full-size beds, with some rooms having two full-size beds and some rooms having one full-size bed. Accessible rooms have a full-size bed and a foldout couch. Lodge room details are available here.
As a federal facility, the NCTC requires a list of all names for all individuals who will be on-site. If you are sharing a room, you must provide the name(s) of anyone you are rooming with in advance and indicate whether they are also registered for the conference.
Lodging at the NCTC includes a meal plan for each person in the room IF THAT PERSON IS ALSO REGISTERED FOR THE CONFERENCE. The meal plan includes dinner the day that you arrive through lunch on the day that you depart. If you share a room with someone who is not registered for the conference, for example, a spouse or significant other, that person may pay for meals a la carte.
For those not staying overnight at the NCTC:
The National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) is a secure federal facility. In order to be permitted access to the facility, NCTC must have the names of all persons in your group in advance, whether they are attending the conference or not. Meals are included in the nightly lodging rate if you stay at the NCTC. For commuters, meals are included in your registration fee. When you register, please let us know which meals you will be eating at the NCTC and whether you have any non-conference attendees joining you for those meals (dinner on Tuesday night, breakfast on Wednesday morning, lunch on Wednesday).
