Trade Show Exhibitor Information

Trade Show Dates: February 22 & 23, 2024

Location:  Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center,  Charleston, WV 

Move-in & Move-out Times

  • Move-in will be Wednesday, February 21 from 1 - 4 p.m. and Thursday, February 22 from 7:30-9:30 a.m.

  • Move-out will be on Friday, February 23 from 5 - 7 p.m.

  • Exhibitor check-in will be located at the registration desk on the second floor of the Convention

Trade Show Hours 

  • Thursday, February 22, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. 

  • Friday, February 23, from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. 

Exhibitor Booth Package (10’x10’)

Each booth package comes with the following items:

  • One 8ft high by 10ft wide drape wall in back and two 3ft high by 10 ft wide side drape walls

  • One 8ft table, unskirted

  • Two chairs

  • Small trash can 

  • Wi-Fi access 

  • Exhibitors receive one exhibitor badge, which is to be picked up at the registration desk. Additional badges may be purchased for $100/day or $275 for the full four-day event. 

  • Conference food is included in your registration fee. Lunch and snacks will be provided on Thursday & Friday. We go the extra mile to make sure that all meals are made with West Virginia grown and produced products. 

  • Rental fee is $450 per booth, contract and payment must be received to secure space. 

  • Additional 10’x10’ booth spaces can be purchased for $250 per additional space. 

  • Additional unskirted tables are $10 and electric can be added for $50. 

  • The price of the booth rental does not include storage, placement, shipment or reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, carpet, or any special services ordered by the exhibitor.

Winter Blues Farmers Market

The annual Winter Blues Farmers Market will be held Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 1 - 6 p.m. at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center. The audience for this event is the general public. If you wish to participate in this event, there is a separate application process.

The Winter Blues Farmers Market has been proven successful with sales topping $69,000 in 2022. If you would like to become a vendor for this event, the application is available online. Winter Blues Farmers Market is a producer-only market; we do not permit resale or consignment.
