4-H Teen Council

WHO CAN APPLY:
4-H youth who were 14-17 years old and current high school students are invited to apply for the West Virginia 4-H Teen Council. At least two (2) years of 4-H club experience is required.

WHY APPLY:
The West Virginia 4-H Teen Council (TC) is an advisory group for the West Virginia 4-H program. Members of the TC are ambassadors for the 4-H program who help promote 4-H, plan teen led 4-H activities, and provide leadership on a variety of state 4-H events. Members of the council will get to know each other through team building activities as they work to build a new program from the ground up.

SELECTION OF MEMBERS:
Youth from regions across the state will be selected through an application process.

TERM OF OFFICE:

Members who are selected will be notified by October 1st and will serve until July 31st.
