Rosemary Ketchum

Rosemary Ketchum serves as the Executive Director of the West Virginia Nonprofit Association. She previously represented Ward 3 on Wheeling City Council and has held leadership roles including Associate Director of the Greater Wheeling chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness and Governance Director at West Virginia Can’t Wait.
Throughout her career, Rosemary has been dedicated to addressing critical issues such as housing, small business, homelessness, and urban development. Recognized for her contributions to public service, she was named Appalachian Statesperson of the Year in 2023.
