Apply for a WVU 4-H Scholarship

The Charles Ralph Dague Marshall County 4-H Award provides students with scholarship support to the higher education institution of their choice. The recipient must reside in Marshall County and be enrolled as a Marshall County 4-H member. 
 
For application they must submit the following:  a personal essay as well as letters of recommendation from one teacher and one youth program adult leader.
