6:00 a.m. - Begin Livestock Check-In (Livestock Barns)
2 - 6:00 p.m. - Register All 4-H Still Project Exhibits (Exhibit Building)
3:00 p.m. - All Junior Livestock Exhibits Must Be On Fairgrounds
5:00 p.m. - Junior Livestock Weigh-in (Livestock Area)

Campers can now be placed at the 4-H campgrounds the week prior to the fair.Please see ATV/UTV Guidelines below. Any questions, please contact the WVU Extension Service office at 304-424-1960.

1. Still Project exhibit registration will be on Sunday, July 15  from 2 – 6 p.m. only. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please plan ahead to have your animals to the fairgrounds on time. All animals will be checked in on Sunday, July 15 from 6 a.m. – 3 p.m. except rabbits and poultry. Rabbits will be checked in on Saturday, July 14 from 7 a.m. – 12 p.m. and poultry will be checked in on Saturday, July 14 from 7  a.m. – 3 p.m. No exceptions.
