- Take a minute to read through the recipe before you start.

- Wash your hands at the beginning and throughout the cooking process.

- 1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 small red apple diced
- 2 cup green cabbage shredded
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper diced
- Wash produce. Dice apple and green bell pepper. Shred green cabbage. Chop broccoli florets.
- Combine apple and vegetables in medium sized mixing bowl.
- Mix yogurt, orange juice and cinnamon together in small bowl.
- Pour dressing over lettuce mixture and toss until coated.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
