Veggie Dip

Try making this light and refreshing nonfat yogurt dip with your favorite fresh veggies, crackers or chips! 

Before You Cook
  • Take a minute to read through the recipe before you start.
  • Wash all fresh produce and work surfaces.
  • Wash your hands at the beginning and throughout the cooking process.
  • Children should ask for permission before using appliances and sharp knives.
  • 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 packet dry vegetable soup mix
  1. Measure out 2 cups of plain nonfat yogurt into a mixing bowl large enough to mix in soup mix.
  2. Combine yogurt and packet of soup mix stirring until combined.
  3. Wash and cut fresh vegetables.
  4. Enjoy!
Makes 8 servings.
