- 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 packet dry vegetable soup mix
- Measure out 2 cups of plain nonfat yogurt into a mixing bowl large enough to mix in soup mix.
- Combine yogurt and packet of soup mix stirring until combined.
- Wash and cut fresh vegetables.
