Strawberry Chocolate Greek Yogurt Bark

This simple dessert is delicious and nutritious! 

  • 3 cups whole milk plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Before You Cook
  • Take a minute to read through the recipe before you start.

  • Wash your hands at the beginning and throughout the cooking process.
  • Children should ask for permission before using appliances and sharp knives.
  1. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Stir yogurt, maple syrup (or honey) and vanilla in a medium bowl. Spread on the prepared baking sheet into a 10x15 inch rectangle. 
  2. Scatter the strawberries on top and sprinkle with the chocolate chips.
  3. Freeze until firm, at least 3 hours. To serve, cut or break into 32 pieces.
