Apple Salad

This quick and easy recipe makes a perfect side-dish for summertime cookouts.

  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup peeled and grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup (4 ounces) vanilla yogurt
Before You Cook

  1. Dice apple and celery and grate carrots.
  2. Toss apple with lemon juice in bowl to prevent browning. Add celery, carrot and raisins.
  3. Stir yogurt into the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to allow the flavors to mix together.
