Becca Fint-Clark
Extension Agent – 4-H Youth Development
A lifelong 4-H’er, it’s no surprise that Rebecca Fint-Clark has dedicated her career to giving to a program that focuses on education, service, health and learning.
Rebecca, or Becca as she’s known to friends, has served as a 4-H youth development agent in Monongalia County since February of 2008.
No stranger to West Virginia University Extension, Becca grew up in Preston County's 4-H programs participating in local, state and national events from the time she was 8 years-old.
She spent six of her summer breaks serving as an Extension camp instructor for WVU 4-H.
Her previous roles include serving as a program specialist and field site coordinator for the Health Sciences and Technology Academy (HSTA) in Barbour, Preston, Taylor, and Tucker counties. Through HSTA, she worked with disadvantaged high school students in an after-school club, helping them prepare for college.
Becca earned two degrees from WVU.
She received a bachelor’s degree in physical education/teacher education in 2004. During her senior year she was selected as a member of the Mountain Honorary. She also earned the title of Ms. Mountaineer 2004, a position bestowed upon those with high academic and extracurricular achievements.
She earned a master’s degree in public health in 2006. While completing her master’s degree she worked as a student assistant with WVU Extension, a graduate assistant with the WVU Hospitals Wellness Program, and a resident assistant.
