The annual Health Motivator monthly challenges and tips are available in the office. The monthly challenge for January focuses on Vitamin B12. Extension educators advise to make a conscious effort each day to incorporate foods high in vitamin B12 into your diet. Vitamin B12 is water-soluble meaning our body doesn't store it, so we need to replace it every day. Salmon, tuna and lean beef are excellent sources of B12.
