The CEOS Quilt & Fiber Club made heart healthy recipes from Health Motivator at their meeting on February 13, 2018. The club is striving to feature heart healthy recipes at each of their club meetings.
Club members also made heart-shaped mug rugs as part of their club meeting. The
Quilt & Fiber CEOS Club meets twice monthly at the
Wayne County Extension Office.
