Harrison County Community Educational Outreach Service

The Harrison County Community Educational Outreach Service is composed of 20 clubs that meet regularly to receive up-to-date educational information, participate in community outreach projects, and leadership development opportunities.

Some clubs meet in homes, in churches, town halls or community rooms.

Each club decides the amount of dues for operating expenses.

County and state annual dues are a total of $10. Harrison County CEOS clubs make donation to help veterans at local VA hospital

The Cooperative Extension Service is part of West Virginia University and is an active partner with the CEOS, providing expertise and educational collaboration that benefits the CEOS organization.
