The following online links are now available to fill out applications for Royalty, Project Medals and Pins, and Adult Volunteer Service Hours. ALL applications are due to be filled out by October 4.

4-H Project Medal and Pin Application

Members who have completed at least two years in the same 4-H project area (ex., swine, leadership, sewing) are eligible to apply for a project medal. Additional pins may also be achieved with the addition of visual presentations at either the club, county, or state levels. A detailed description of criteria to meet each project medal/pin area is listed below.

4-H Royalty Application 2018

Application forms need to be returned to the Extension Office no later than October 4. You may upload documents and photos at the end of this online application. Selection of the top three candidates in each category will be performed by an impartial selection committee. The top three finalists in each category will then be interviewed by a committee consisting of the Royalty Chair, 4-H Agent, and a county 4-H Leader not affiliated with any 4-H club (if an interview is deemed necessary). These finalists will participate in the 4-H Coronation activities at the 4-H Achievement Program, held in November and the winners will be crowned at that time.
