The Certified Safety Specialist - Construction (CSS-C) Program, offered by the West Virginia University (WVU) Safety and Health Extension, is a focused professional development program designed to address the unique safety challenges of the construction industry. *Virtual course attendance for OTIEC courses are restricted to those who live or work in OSHA Region Philadelphia or the following states; WV, PA, VA, DE, MD, and DC.
