The National Resource Center, OSHA Training Institute Education Center (NRC OTIEC) is a consortium of West Virginia University Safety and Health Extension (WVU); and The Center for Construction Research and Training (CPWR) offering OSHA numbered courses ranging from Construction, General Industry, Maritime, Oil and Gas and specialty topics.
