Request 10 and 30 Hour Cards

The Outreach Portal is a web based application that allows OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainers to request 10- and 30-hour student completion cards electronically via the internet. This portal provides trainers with a personal, easy to use interface that uploads course information and stores data for record keeping. In addition the Outreach portal automatically prints the student’s name, trainer’s name and course end date. Please begin using the Outreach Portal portal at www.outreachportal.com. OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainers can download the latest Outreach Portal User Guide directly found in the 'Info" tab on the homepage of the Outreach Portal.  

Replacement Outreach Cards
To request an OSHA Outreach student card visit www.outreachportal.com. A $25 fee per card applies. (Note: If training took place 5 years past the end date of training no replacement can be issued per OSHA Outreach requirements).
