Each camper will receive breakfast and lunch every day as well as a camp T-Shirt. Campers will participate in a wide variety of fun, hands-on science and technology programs, such as Lego Robotics, learning the science behind bubbles while making their own, and launching stomp rockets.

It is important to register your child as soon as possible, as we can only ensure the first 50 participants that register for this day camp will be able to attend. (We will do our best to accommodate all campers who wish to attend.) Campers must have all registration materials completed by June 12.

Bus transportation to the day camp will be available to all youth who live within the Van school district.. Please indicate in the registration form below if you plan to take advantage of the bus transportation or if you wish to drop off and pick up your child each day. Bus transportation will be coordinated through Van Elementary, and you will be contacted regarding times and pickup locations. (Due to the length of the route and number of participants, taking your child to a common dropoff and pickup spot may be necessary.) If you chose to carpool, make sure ALL adults that are allowed to sign out your camper each day are listed in the registration form.

If your child needs a special accommodation, please note it in the registration form. We will make all reasonable accommodations for your child to be able to participate.

Please understand that this is NOT all that is required before your child can attend camp. Before your child can attend, you will need to submit the following to the WVU Extension Office (click on each for a link to that form:
