Adult Participant Vetting
All 18- to 21-year-old campers, camp staff, instructors or chaperones must be fully vetted through WVU Extension and register for the event through ZSuite. The complete vetting process must be completed at least 15 days in advance of the event. Visit our Adult Volunteer Process page to learn more information about the volunteer process.
If you have any questions, please email Nancy Yates. (nmyates@mail.wvu.edu)
Please Note
In early 2023, we anticipate construction to begin on a new water/sewer system at WVU Jackson’s Mill. While we hope that this project will have limited effects on our camping programs and other spring events, we know that many factors, including weather, could delay this project. If we should have to cancel/reschedule an event, you will be notified immediately.
