Jefferson County 4-H Volunteers & Leaders
Volunteers are the backbone of Jefferson County 4-H! Thank you volunteers for all
that you do!
Leaders Training
Any adult individual that participates in WVU Sponsored programs (including leaders
and members), must complete Harassment and Discrimination Prevention.
There are no exceptions to this requirement. If you have not completed
this training or if you have any questions, please contact the Jefferson County
office immediately at
304-728-7413.
To ensure the continued safety and well-being of our 4-H members, volunteers are
required to complete comprehensive training and undergo background checks. Sometimes
the requirements get a bit complicated. We are constantly finding ways to make
it easier for you to become an approved volunteer so you can continue doing what
you do so very well. We are always a phone call or email away. Feel free to stop
by the office for assistance!
