Request 10 and 30 Hour Cards

The Outreach Portal is a web based application that allows OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainers to request 10- and 30-hour student completion cards electronically via the internet. This portal provides trainers with a personal, easy to use interface that uploads course information and stores data for record keeping. In addition the Outreach portal automatically prints the student’s name on the card as well as the trainer’s name and course end date. No more typewriters or printing the information by hand! Please access the Portal User Guide. This guide enables you to begin the process of using the Outreach Portal. Please begin using the portal immediately. OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainers can download the latest Portal User Guide directly by logging into Outreach Portal and click to download the Outreach Portal User Guide link from the Contact section at the bottom of the homepage.  

Replacement Outreach Cards
To request an OSHA Outreach student card go to www.outreachportal.com. A $25 fee per card applies. (Note: If training took place 5 years past the end date of training no replacement can be issued per OSHA Outreach requirements).
