Whole Child Wellness supports youth in developing skills to transfer to adulthood in which to thrive in the future, both in the workplace and in the community.
Whole Child Wellness involves:
- Developing coping mechanisms to reduce stress and anxiety
- Building healthy relationships with peers
- Practicing self-regulation/management and enhancing emotional awareness
- Setting personal goals and action plans
- Engaging in decision-making that leads to positive outcomes or positive learning experiences
- Improving effective communication skills
