Dr. Joe Moritz, Professor of Poultry Science with
West Virginia University, spoke on the topic of Backyard Poultry on Thursday,
February 8, 2018, at Wayne High School cafeteria, as part of the
Wayne County Farm Bureau meeting. Nearly 70 farmers from throughout the county
attended to learn more about poultry production and processing!
