Rev It Up!
Rev It Up! is a nutrition and physical activity curriculum for 9th-12th grade students, consisting of up to 10 short, fast- paced lessons (~35 minutes each) designed for high school class settings. Rev It Up! was designed with 4 guiding principles:
- Make it a Game (fun and competitive)
- Make it Active (incorporates hands-on activities and moderate-to-vigorous activity)
- Make it Practical (targets food choices teens have control over, such as snacks, drinks, and restaurant foods)
- Make it Together (supplements, but does not replace, what teens already learn in health, physical education, or science class)
