You're invited to join us for a four-week webinar series to learn more about how to manage the day- to-day stress of rural life. 

Rural Resiliency: Caring for You and Yours

Tuesday evenings, March 2 to 23

7:30 to 8:45 p.m.

This webinar series is a discussion starter and healthy mindset promoter for dealing with rural behavioral and brain health, communication skills and relationship enrichment for self, marriage and families. Larry Tranel, pastoral psychologist and Iowa State University Extension and Outreach dairy specialist, is the featured speaker. 

Farm families and those who work with them as consultants or neighbors are encouraged to participate. The webinar series will be held via Zoom. 

The series is hosted by the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Dairy Team in partnership with WVU Extension Service and the Cooperate Extension Services in the following states: Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, Texas, Vermont and Wisconsin.
