4-H Health Rocks is an opportunity for WV youth to teach others to stay substance free including vaping, nicotine pouches and other trending addictions.
Are you interested in being a Health Ambassador? This free program is designed to reduce substance misuse by:
- Helping youth build life skills for healthy lifestyles
- Addressing stressors and finding solutions
- Helping share our message to your local community
This opportunity includes six interactive lessons for youth ages 9 to 18. Members receive free curriculum, supplies, and technical assistance.
WHO: Any WV Youth grades 7 - 12
WHEN: 2026-2027 4-H Year Time: 6 Lessons - 30-45 minutes each
