Ingredients:
  
- 15-ounce can of garbanzo beans/chickpeas
 - 1 cup sundried tomatoes (packed in oil) + 1 to 2 tablespoons of the oil
 - ½ cup roasted red peppers
 - 1 to 2 canned chipotle peppers in adobo + 2 tablespoons of the sauce
 - ½ cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
    
 
Instructions:
- Combine first four ingredients in a food processor.
 - Process until smooth.
 - Add cilantro. Process until finely chopped and incorporated.
 - Serve with whole-wheat pita chips or raw vegetables.
