The West Virginia 4-H Teen Leader Council (TLC) is an advisory group for the West Virginia 4-H program. Members of the TLC are ambassadors for the 4-H program who help promote 4-H, plan teen led 4-H activities, and provide leadership on a variety of state 4-H events. Members of the council will get to know each other through team building activities as they work to build a new program from the ground up.
SELECTION OF MEMBERS:
Up to 24 youth from regions across West Virginia will be selected through an application process.
