4-H Leaders Training and Meeting

Those who are currently serving as an organizational leader of a club in Monongalia County are required to attend a training on September 18 at the Monongalia County Extension Office. The training will review the club chartering process and club leaders will receive their supplies for the beginning of the year. It will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Monongalia County Extension Office.

Immediately following the training, we will hold our first Leaders Association meeting. A leader from each club must attend or make prior arrangements with Becca if they are unable to attend. If a representative from each club is not present at the training and did not make arrangements with Becca, the club will no longer be permitted to meet. Also, keep in mind that your club’s end-of-year information is due on October 1 (secretary’s book and treasurer’s book) and your re-enrollment materials are due November 16 to the Extension Office.
